Alyssa was a skilled hairstylist. She had to fix a botched haircut from a previous salon. She boosted my confidence with her work. I'll definitely return for future trims. The salon was impeccably clean, and the other stylists were very welcoming.
I arrived for my 2:45 PM appointment on 4-5-23 but unfortunately, I was ignored. Upon entering, all the stylists glanced at me without offering assistance or acknowledging my appointment. Despite waiting for over half an hour, I received no attention. Even after informing a nearby stylist about my appointment, she disregarded me and attended to another customer. I felt unwelcome and out of place. Disappointed by the lack of service, I left and found a salon where I felt valued.
