I came in to have my acrylics removed. The nail technician initially tried to remove them with another nail, but I requested a soak off which she did, for which I am grateful. I also asked for a cuticle clean up, but somehow the middle of my fingernail got cut, leaving a dent. I only noticed this afterwards and it was quite upsetting.
