I came in to have my acrylics removed. The nail technician initially tried to remove them with another nail, but I requested a soak off which she did, for which I am grateful. I also asked for a cuticle clean up, but somehow the middle of my fingernail got cut, leaving a dent. I only noticed this afterwards and it was quite upsetting. Despite this, my nail technician was friendly.
I had hoped to enjoy my visit here, but unfortunately, the outcome was disappointing. On a positive note, they accommodated me as a walk-in, and the manicurist was extremely pleasant. However, the solution used to soak off my previous gel was very harsh, leading to my cuticles becoming dry and resulting in hangnails. The polish application was sloppy and started to wear off at the tips quickly. Regrettably, I will not be returning.
I had a disappointing experience here. The nail polish didn't last long and the staff seemed rushed. The salon was also not clean, with water dripping and mold present. I won't be returning.
