Good afternoon, I recently completed a successful transaction in your store, thanks to the sales associate named Skylar. She was the sole person who assisted me in locating the specific item I required. As an exclusive representative purchasing on behalf of others, my experience at the store was almost a disaster. I reached out to multiple staff members and sales associates, but received no response. One employee who seemed relatively free and not stationed at the checkout counter, upon seeing my request for help in finding 10 items, suggested I use Doordash or search on my own. I explained that I found it challenging as a man with limited knowledge of cosmetics. She advised me to seek assistance from available sales consultants in different departments. Unfortunately, there was no one to be found. It was only later that I managed to find a compassionate employee to help me - thank you, Skylar. Even though I am not affiliated with Doordash, it is inappropriate to treat any customer negligently or as inferior regardless of their occupation. I hope the management takes note of this feedback and implements measures to enhance customer service.

I strolled into this store clueless on what to buy my male co-workers. They all adore grooming products, and I was in dire need of assistance. Delilah sensed my confusion and guided me through almost every aisle in the store. I am grateful for your help in saving me from embarrassment at the office. Delilah, you're a lifesaver.
