My first time at this nail salon. Saw their Instagram page and loved their work. Don't know the names of the technicians who did my pedicure and acrylic tips, but they did an excellent job!! Reasonable prices too 😊

I've visited Carissa twice for a lash lift and tint. I adore my results. She is incredibly accommodating - the first time I visited was meant to be her day off. The second time, she managed to fit me in so I could have my lashes ready for an event. Very personable too. Her studio is impeccably organized and clean.

Good afternoon, I recently completed a successful transaction in your store, thanks to the sales associate named Skylar. She was the sole person who assisted me in locating the specific item I required. As an exclusive representative purchasing on behalf of others, my experience at the store was almost a disaster. I reached out to multiple staff members and sales associates, but received no response. One employee who seemed relatively free and not stationed at the checkout counter, upon seeing my request for help in finding 10 items, suggested I use Doordash or search on my own. I explained that I found it challenging as a man with limited knowledge of cosmetics. She advised me to seek assistance from available sales consultants in different departments. Unfortunately, there was no one to be found. It was only later that I managed to find a compassionate employee to help me - thank you, Skylar. Even though I am not affiliated with Doordash, it is inappropriate to treat any customer negligently or as inferior regardless of their occupation. I hope the management takes note of this feedback and implements measures to enhance customer service.

I am thrilled to have won a gift certificate for Opulence Skin Clinic on Metropolitan Avenue. I cannot praise the staff enough. When I called and spoke with Kelly, seeking advice on the best treatment for my concerns, she went above and beyond to provide me with detailed information on what would suit me best. Kelly took the time to truly listen and devised a plan that yielded actual results. She explained how the ICOONE therapy machine would benefit me, and I followed her recommendation, which I am extremely pleased with. Upon entering the beautifully decorated shop, I immediately felt at ease. This is quite rare in such situations as you are often at your most vulnerable. However, the lovely young ladies, Marta and Emilia, were kind, professional, and knowledgeable, which instantly put me at ease. These ladies are truly experts in their field. They outlined the necessary steps for the treatment to be effective. Following their advice, I lost 2 pounds after 4 sessions because I followed their guidance. They were honest in stating that the machine was not a quick fix, but that I needed to cooperate to achieve the desired results for an upcoming event. With only a week's time, the pressure was on. I surpassed my goal, all thanks to listening to the professionals. Emilia and Marta, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, guidance, and of course, the fantastic results. I will be returning to NY in February and will undoubtedly revisit this hidden gem. On a side note, my gift certificate was for a $350 IPL treatment, but the owner graciously allowed me to use it towards my chosen treatment. I briefly met her and it's clear why the staff is exceptional. They are a true reflection of the owner. Thank you all so much for everything, and I look forward to seeing you again soon.
