My first time at this nail salon. Saw their Instagram page and loved their work. Don't know the names of the technicians who did my pedicure and acrylic tips, but they did an excellent job!! Reasonable prices too 😊
First visit here, won't return. Asked for powder gel manicure, but the person did regular gel instead, despite my specific request. Shouldn't the customer have a say in what they want? Thought I was the customer. Should receive what I want, since I'm paying. Won't be back. Insisted it's the same when it clearly isn't. Regular gel looks like a normal manicure, just longer. Not even close to powder gel. I specifically wanted powder gel and didn't get it. Beyond frustrated. When I tried to tell her I wanted gel, she continued doing what she wanted, so I just stayed quiet and dreaded every moment. Sloppy work. Hate my nails!!!!
