I was the first to arrive and requested a gel pedicure. A young person arrived after me and requested a fill. The employee directed me to a seat but proceeded to serve the individual who arrived after me first. I waited for 30 minutes without any explanation. Why prioritize a customer who arrived later without communication? Eventually, another employee was assigned to do my gel pedicure after the prolonged wait. This behavior is unacceptable and has occurred before with this employee. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I opted for powder dip nails with tips. Unfortunately, the entire set started coming off after just a week. When I visited the salon, the nail technician was very impolite and showed no concern.
This salon is excellent for nail services and other beauty treatments. I have been a loyal customer for years and have always been satisfied with the service. The technicians are kind, skilled, and friendly. The establishment is clean and well-maintained.
