I adored this nail salon, it exudes a tranquil atmosphere and the music was delightful. Cindy's service was exceptional, with great attention to detail. She dedicated ample time to perfecting my nails, especially when I opted for powder nails. Michael was also very pleasant. They have definitely gained a loyal customer in me.
Absolutely thrilled with my pedicure. Incredibly attentive and compassionate. The technicians were thorough and I never felt rushed. My manicure turned out exactly as I had envisioned. There was no pressure to upgrade or make additional purchases.
The individual who performed the exfoliation pedicure did a satisfactory job, but the nail polish started chipping after just 3 days - and I wore open-toed shoes all week, so there was minimal contact. The most disappointing part was the other individual. She used an e-file/drill to trim my cuticles, which was extremely uncomfortable! This happened midway through the manicure, or else I would have left. I kept flinching and saying it hurt, but she continued - causing two of my fingers to bleed! There was no apology or acknowledgment of the discomfort, which was quite odd. Eventually, I had to instruct her to stop using the file. The end result was thick, unattractive nails. This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had.
