I've frequented Nails by Dee since around 2016 or 2017. My experiences at the salon have always been top-notch. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and my manicures and pedicures always turn out perfectly. Their expertise in nail care is truly commendable. I opt for the rubber base on my nails, which comes at an additional cost, but it's definitely worth it for those with thin and brittle nails like mine. My nails stay flawless for over a month! The recent salon redecoration shows their commitment to constantly improving. Moreover, the conversations with the ladies here always bring a smile to my face. I am the most demanding client ever to grace a nail salon, but let me tell you, they exceed expectations every time! There was only one instance where I didn’t adore the color, and the manager swiftly had it rectified, and the nails lasted a WHOLE MONTH!!!! They are in high demand because of their exceptional skills but I can usually secure a same-day appointment during the week! I had to resort to another salon once because they were fully booked on a weekend when I needed a fill, and I paid the same price only to leave in tears... it truly highlighted the superiority of this salon!! I refuse to patronize any other establishment. They even offer the Russian manicure technique for the cuticles, which I adore! This is the sole salon where I can relinquish control and trust that the nail tech will deliver exactly what I desire... they boast a plethora of talented technicians, a rarity as most salons only have one or two proficient techs. I recently relocated to Miami, so unfortunately, my Spanish is limited, but they are incredibly accommodating and ensure I receive top-notch service! This is by far the best salon in Miami. My mom and I have been coming here for years and we absolutely love it. The owner, Made, is the sweetest. She always has a smile on her face and makes sure all the customers are happy. I have done my nails with Dani, Lena, Lady and Isa. They are all amazing. Juan is great as well. Patricia is amazing too. Honestly, I love the entire team. It’s right in the name! LOVE 518 is the only place we trusted to get my daughter’s hair unmated. Flew from Seattle to New York and was the best decision. Hadley and Marlow were kind and non judgmental about a very delicate situation. But most importantly, they got the job done without cutting her hair. GO NOWHERE ELSE!! Come here and feel the love!
