This was a complete waste of my time and money. No one I spoke with spoke my language, and the price I was quoted over the phone was not honored once the service was completed. The first warning sign was when the technician used regular scissors to trim my nails, leaving them looking uneven and resembling large white teeth 🦷. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction, the technician brushed it off and said it was fine. I would rate this experience 0 out of 10, and I regret not reading reviews beforehand to save myself both money and time.
I decided to try out this salon for a pedicure and nail fill, even though it's not my usual spot. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed. I came in with long coffin-shaped acrylics that had grown out over two weeks. I clearly instructed the technician to maintain the same shape but shorten them slightly to match the growth. However, the result was crooked and uneven nails, with one side shorter than the other. Despite raising my concerns, the technician only made them thicker and extended them at the ends without properly shaping them. I had to leave with nails shorter than I wanted due to the time it took for the service, which included a pedicure and a basic fill lasting over two hours. I now have to go elsewhere to have this mess fixed and get a new set done. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
Madison never fails to deliver an exceptional experience. I highly recommend their services for their reasonable prices and expert skills. All I have to do is show them a picture, and they bring it to life. Absolutely love it.
