The front desk attendant was fantastic and they were able to fit me in as a walk-in... which I appreciate. However, my wax technician was not up to par. Everything looked fine when I sat up to check, but once I stepped outside into the bright light, I noticed a few stray hairs. She was very pleasant, though. I'm certain that if I had pointed them out, she would have taken care of it without any issue. However, considering the meticulous plucking and a hefty $18 for eyebrow waxing, the service could definitely be improved. Much room for improvement.
