This was a complete waste of my time and money. No one I spoke with spoke my language, and the price I was quoted over the phone was not honored once the service was completed. The first warning sign was when the technician used regular scissors to trim my nails, leaving them looking uneven and resembling large white teeth 🦷. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction, the technician brushed it off and said it was fine. I visited this place for microblading with Kennedy. The entire experience, from scheduling to the conclusion of my appointment, was fantastic! Kennedy paid close attention to every detail and ensured my comfort before commencing. She patiently addressed all my queries. Using a numbing solution, she ensured a pain-free experience throughout. I needed a touch-up on my previously microbladed eyebrows by another artist, and Kennedy's unique technique gave them a natural look. I absolutely adore my new brows, perfectly shaped to match my skin tone! Even my mom got hers done after seeing mine! The front desk attendant was fantastic and they were able to fit me in as a walk-in... which I appreciate. However, my wax technician was not up to par. Everything looked fine when I sat up to check, but once I stepped outside into the bright light, I noticed a few stray hairs. She was very pleasant, though. I'm certain that if I had pointed them out, she would have taken care of it without any issue. However, considering the meticulous plucking and a hefty $18 for eyebrow waxing, the service could definitely be improved.
