Regrettably, there seems to be no option on Google to rate this place with ZERO stars. I purchased a Groupon deal for this establishment at a fantastic price, and securing an appointment was a breeze. However, they rescheduled without informing me verbally, causing me to waste my time driving to the location. Despite this inconvenience, I decided to give them another chance and showed up on the rescheduled date, only to find the store CLOSED. This left me feeling furious. When I attempted to refund the Groupon, I was unable to do so because, according to the Groupon system, I was supposedly in the midst of my appointment. I rarely leave reviews, but this situation compelled me to make an exception. I made numerous calls in an attempt to resolve the issue, only to be met with voicemail each time. This level of unprofessionalism and the lack of customer service is truly appalling. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment.
