I recently got my nose pierced for the third time, but this was my first experience at Lost Lake. I was amazed at how incredibly different my experience was here compared to the other studio where I had my previous piercings. Everyone was incredibly friendly. My piercer, Riley, took the time to help me select the perfect jewelry and explained why my previous piercings didn't work out. They walked me through each step of the process, ensuring I understood everything. The studio was impeccably clean and sterilized, making me feel completely at ease. I appreciated the aftercare bag with instructions and saline solution that Riley provided. They also informed me about downsizing, something no other piercer had mentioned before. Riley is highly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. My experience was truly exceptional. I highly recommend Lost Lake and Riley for all your piercing needs! :)
