I visited the salon for an extension evaluation, asking pertinent questions about the cost. I was informed it would be under $400, which excited me as I expected to pay less than $500 for real human hair. I was asked to make a $100 deposit and scheduled an appointment for the following week. However, upon getting the extensions, they appeared decent initially but felt dry and coarse. Within a week, the hair started splitting and frizzing, leading me to realize the poor quality. Despite following the stylist Linda's advice, the condition worsened, forcing me to cut it off. When I contacted Linda, she was unhelpful, leaving me dissatisfied with the experience. The quality was so low that I believe I should have been compensated for the inconvenience of dealing with subpar hair daily.
Andrea does an exceptional job with my hair color and cut, and I get a wash and blowout from them weekly. The services provided are all top-notch and reasonably priced.
The salon always delivers an amazing style. Keep up the excellent work!
