I regret to leave negative feedback, but I must rate this establishment with two stars. My rating is based on the fact that the individual who performed my pedicure cut too deeply on one toe, potentially leading to an infection risk. While I appreciate the work done on my nails, I believe the gel could have been applied closer to the cuticle for a fresher look. Despite enjoying the color and design, I feel that some nails could have been shaped better.
The proprietors at this venue exhibit exceptional kindness and remarkable patience towards me. They dedicate ample time to meticulously craft my nails, ensuring they appear immaculate and polished! Among all the other salons I have visited in this vicinity, Nails R Us unquestionably stands out as the finest! While they may not offer the latest trends and styles, their expertise in nail care is unparalleled. Undoubtedly, my top choice.
Merely 4 days have passed since my nail appointment, yet I am already experiencing chipping on my thumbs. This should not occur with gel nails. Previously, my nail polish would last for a minimum of 5 weeks without chipping. Upon visiting the closed store at 10 am on a Tuesday, with no one present and no response to my phone calls, I am highly dissatisfied.
