My Recent Visit to this spot left me quite upset! Let me be clear, my massage with Taylor was truly exceptional and informative. However, the Proprietor, oh my, was incredibly unprofessional. To begin with, she was visibly displeased that Taylor managed to fit me into her busy schedule, making a huge fuss about it! She proceeded to berate the receptionist at the front desk over the matter. As I was getting dressed in the back, I could hear everything she was saying. When I approached the front desk to settle my payment, she was still ranting. I inquired if she was referring to me, to which she responded with a disdainful eye roll. I declared that I would never support this American-owned establishment again! Such lack of professionalism and disorganization!
