My pedicure appointment experience was far from satisfactory. Despite arriving early, I was met with attitude and had to wait until almost 6 to be seated. The rush to finish before closing time led to uncomfortable mumbling and angry comments in a foreign language. The technicians seemed displeased with my request for gels, and the overall atmosphere left me feeling unwelcome. Although the service itself was decent, the unfriendly environment makes me hesitant to return.
I am utterly disappointed with my experience at this salon. The misleading website promised a luxurious deluxe mani/pedi with extra massaging time, but all I got was rushed service that left me with four bleeding fingers. The nail tech's careless handling of my cuts, without even informing me of the solution she was using, added to my discomfort. The broken massage chairs during my pedicure only added to the chaotic atmosphere. If you seek relaxation, avoid this place at all costs.
Avoid their eyebrow waxing services at all costs. The owner's rushed approach resulted in wax dripping onto my eyelid and face, causing burns and even removing a mole. The aftermath left my eye area swollen and scabbed. The manicure was equally disappointing, lasting only a day before the polish began chipping. Save yourself the trouble and skip the manicure altogether.
