My pedicure appointment experience was far from satisfactory. Despite arriving early, I was met with attitude and had to wait until almost 6 to be seated. The rush to finish before closing time led to uncomfortable mumbling and angry comments in a foreign language. The technicians seemed displeased with my request for gels, and the overall atmosphere left me feeling unwelcome. Katelyn Gibson styled my hair in red, it turned out ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. I adore my hair now and am no longer bothered by my hair having different hues from box dye. I highly recommend her.
