Another fantastic visit to SmartStyle. I've been for a lineup before, but this time brought my 9-year-old. Ms. Eureka impressed me yet again. She truly loves her craft, putting soul into her work. Please keep this location open, it's so convenient for me. I feel at home here, so if you need a backup plan for your hair, this is it.
When I set my time slot online, it wasn't clear that an extra service must be added for styling. I chose a Kids Shampoo and Cut, but the stylist only had 20 minutes. My girl has curly hair, needing 45-60 minutes for the whole process. I left feeling let down as the stylist didn't adjust, claiming she was booked. She only washed and conditioned, leaving the rest to me. No one was waiting, so why not try drying and cutting as booked? My daughter's hair wasn't right for her graduation. I'm disappointed and won't return.
I relished every moment. I had doubts, with thinning and some tangles. Shana consulted and her work thrilled me! Eager for my next visit!
