Jason consistently delivers excellent results with my fill ins. He pays attention to detail, resulting in a natural look for my nails every time! The team at this salon is friendly and inviting. I have frequented this establishment multiple times and have had positive experiences with each individual I encountered. It's also worth mentioning that the salon maintains a high level of cleanliness!
The warm and inviting ambiance of the salon always makes me feel at ease during my visits. I have been a loyal customer of LA Nails for years, and they have never failed to impress me. Anna is truly exceptional, and I receive numerous compliments on my nails thanks to her impeccable work. I opt for a fill and pedicure every two weeks to keep them coordinated. Every member of the staff at this salon produces outstanding results, and the salon itself is impeccably clean with a wide array of color options to choose from. I cannot praise this salon enough, but Anna is undoubtedly my preferred nail technician every time. I admire her meticulous approach and friendly demeanor. She consistently delivers exceptional results whenever I am in her care.
I visited this salon in the month of March, on a Saturday. The photos below were taken the following day, Sunday. The individual who performed my manicure was pleasant, but the quality of work was lacking. I had to request corrections, which were made willingly, but upon closer inspection at home, I realized the outcome was even worse than I had initially thought. The young lady who did my pedicure was EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. I paid for a hot stone pedicure, yet she only rubbed the stones on my shins. No attention to my calves, no work on my feet, and no foot massage as part of the pedicure. She didn't even bother to scrub my feet, and when I raised my concerns, she rolled her eyes and called her family members over, who all seemed unresponsive when I tried to communicate my dissatisfaction. I chose to overlook the situation and vowed not to return. The individual who did my manicure did provide a nice hand massage, which somewhat made up for the lack of foot massage, but the quality of work was still subpar. For a price of $78, my hands and feet should not look this way the day after the service. Absolutely disappointing! SMH
