My mother had a distressing experience at the Merrillville salon today. A senior client disregarded her instructions for a minor trim, resulting in a significant 4-inch cut. Despite my mother's feedback, the client insisted it looked good. This lack of regard for client wishes is why I avoid Great Clips. My advice: Support small, professional salons over corporate chains like this.
My first visit here was fantastic. Danielle took excellent care of me, ensuring my pixie cut was done to perfection. I will definitely be back to see her.
Disappointing atmosphere and lack of warmth. The elderly stylist with gray hair and glasses has consistently botched my spouse's hair. Uneven cuts, messy clippings, and a rude demeanor make for a subpar experience. I wouldn't trust her with my pet.
