My experience was incredibly unpleasant. The massage was interrupted multiple times, the therapist kept leaving midway through, and I only received half of the paid-for time. I have no intention of returning.
They're quite disappointing and somewhat of a rip off. I visited there last night for a 1-hour massage. Prior to the massage commencing, I reminded the therapist that I was owed an additional 15 minutes from my previous massage session two weeks ago. Unfortunately, this massage ended 10-15 minutes early without the extra time I was promised. Despite tipping $30.00, even after being shorted time and still owed from the previous session, the therapist persistently asked for more tip. Reluctantly, I gave in to stop the pestering and left. In the span of 2 weeks, I was charged for 60 minutes but only received 45 minutes of massage. Seems like a shady establishment or at least lacking in integrity.
This spa has been my preferred choice for a year now. Each member of the team is exceptional, and I've grown to appreciate the nuances of their unique techniques and styles. I schedule my massages in a rotational manner to experience the best of all worlds. Despite the abundance of alternative spas in the vicinity, there's only one !Massage Therapy Spa.
