If I could rate 0 stars I would... I will Never return to this country. I went in wanting a cut and color with multiple pictures of each, let me start by saying if you cannot achieve a color and are not comfortable doing it DO NOT ATTEMPT. My hair was absolutely ruined and NOT AT ALL close to the pictures. First and foremost, as soon as she dyed my hair and toned it, it came out green and she dried it and asked if I was okay with the color???? I did not ask for green hair and immediately said no so she comes back and puts new color in my hair and after rinsing, drying, and cutting it, it is a DARK brown almost a black brown??! Pictures below for reference of what we started with, the green hair, what I asked for and the result???? My stylist was Casey by the way. And on top of all that she gave me a “ $5” discount and I had to pay for something I didn’t ask for. As all of this was happening another young lady was with a different stylist and also unhappy and did not get what she asked for, save your time and do not go here.
I had never visited this country, but I walked in on impulse to chop off around 7 inches of my hair and trust that they would give me the pixie cut/bob I've been contemplating for some time. Taylor was my stylist and she paid very close attention to detail and even offered me advice on how to style it. I absolutely adore my new haircut!! She did an outstanding job! Thank you Taylor!
I walked in one afternoon for a shampoo and cut only. The shampoo was great, the length was perfect, but I have several places where strands of hairs are hanging longer along the bottom. It's longer on one side, the layers are long vs medium as I asked, it's choppy vs blended, and it flips up vs under. She cut my hair in 10-15 minutes, skipped the perimeter, didn't undercut it, took wide partings when layering and didn't check it after. I knew when she skipped the perimeter first it was not going to turn out well. It looks like a total mess. I did hair for 20 years and you never know who's going to end up in your chair. I would never have done this to a client, regular or walk-in. I'm not interested in having it corrected. I won't be back or recommend your shop. Get your pride back in your craft and start doing better, but it's too late for me.
