If I could rate 0 stars I would... I will Never return to this country. I went in wanting a cut and color with multiple pictures of each, let me start by saying if you cannot achieve a color and are not comfortable doing it DO NOT ATTEMPT. My hair was absolutely ruined and NOT AT ALL close to the pictures. First and foremost, as soon as she dyed my hair and toned it, it came out green and she dried it and asked if I was okay with the color???? I did not ask for green hair and immediately said no so she comes back and puts new color in my hair and after rinsing, drying, and cutting it, it is a DARK brown almost a black brown??! Pictures below for reference of what we started with, the green hair, what I asked for and the result???? My stylist was Casey by the way. And on top of all that she gave me a “ $5” discount and I had to pay for something I didn’t ask for. The establishment was spotless, but the temperature inside was unbearably high during my visit. I was perspiring profusely and felt incredibly uneasy, which negatively impacted my overall experience. Even the restroom was uncomfortably warm. This has been a recurring issue during my recent visits. This individual caused me chemical burns that necessitated a trip to the ER. Furthermore, she insisted on charging me the full price for her mistake without showing any remorse. I strongly advise against her services. I am currently pursuing legal action against this salon. This person is solely focused on money and should have her license revoked!About
