I can't quite put my finger on it, but every time I step foot in this place, it feels like getting assistance is a challenge. Also, the store is beautifully arranged, but the moment you accidentally touch something, an alarm blares. I get the need for security measures, but how else are you supposed to test the fragrance? I was mortified by the alarm incident. Moving on, my main gripe is that Ulta isn't very welcoming to Hairstylists. However, I can't deny the allure of a well-maintained store. While I do wish they offered discounts to stylists not affiliated with Ulta, I still adore the store. So, if you're in need of similar products for your hair or enjoy DIY beauty, Ulta has got you covered. Swing by, folks. I'm sure Ulta would be delighted to have you.
