The team is fantastic!

Unsatisfied with the service. This was once my preferred spot for eyebrow care. Missing Revathi greatly. Exceptional lady with vast expertise. I had my eyebrows threaded and a novice lady was handling it. She was tugging my hair with a clipper. I ended up with red patches all around my eyebrows. Service was very sloppy and painful. They even hiked up the prices... $18 + taxes. Very disheartening.

I have been coming here for over a decade and am extremely disappointed after today's visit. My nails are so messy and dreadful! Most are uneven, not shaped properly, acrylic laid incorrectly, lopsided, paint on my skin, a simple heart not done right, a simple French not done right, lines sloppy, I was cut and bleeding in not one- but three different fingers (she wiped my bleeding finger on a towel, who knows if it was even clean, I could catch an infection, Not even an apology was given!). It is PAINFUL. I did not get to ask them to fix it today as my child was with me and couldn't wait any longer and she just wanted to go, and I need someone who actually knows how to do nails to fix this. I sure hope for them to remove these and refund me as well. I paid over $190 for services including tip and it's beyond acceptable for my nails to look like this. I have never had a bad experience here and am sad to even have to write this. The pictures speak for themselves. It's honestly beyond embarrassing to walk around with my nails looking like this. No customer should walk out of your salon looking this way!

I don’t even know where to begin with the amazing experience I had. Samantha is a phenomenal person and artist she made me feel so at ease. Not only does she explain everything in depth, but the place is absolutely immaculate. As someone that comes from a healthcare background, it is so important to me that a place is sanitary, and this place goes above and beyond. I am so happy with the results and ecstatic that I have found someone so talented and caring to be part of my beauty team. I cannot thank you Samantha enough for making me feel like a member of your family or a close friend the first time that we met. I will most definitely be referring friends and family to come here and I myself will be coming back. There are not enough good things to say about this place. If you are looking for a professional that not only cares about you as a person, but is honest and trustworthy then look no further. Thank you for making me feel beautiful!
