I have been coming here for over a decade and am extremely disappointed after today's visit. My nails are so messy and dreadful! Most are uneven, not shaped properly, acrylic laid incorrectly, lopsided, paint on my skin, a simple heart not done right, a simple French not done right, lines sloppy, I was cut and bleeding in not one- but three different fingers (she wiped my bleeding finger on a towel, who knows if it was even clean, I could catch an infection, Not even an apology was given!). It is PAINFUL. I did not get to ask them to fix it today as my child was with me and couldn't wait any longer and she just wanted to go, and I need someone who actually knows how to do nails to fix this. I sure hope for them to remove these and refund me as well. I paid over $190 for services including tip and it's beyond acceptable for my nails to look like this. I have never had a bad experience here and am sad to even have to write this. The pictures speak for themselves. It's honestly beyond embarrassing to walk around with my nails looking like this. No customer should walk out of your salon looking this way!
Ni is an amazing artist she is very passionate and truly loves what she does . Amazing staff! You might have to wait but it’s worth the wait❤️❤️❤️
I went to the one in the mall for my birthday nails. I told the lady they were for my birthday and she said to zip it cause she’s gonna take care of me… LOL .. the pictures speak for themselves. I went to the owner in Walmart nail spa to fix them today.. it says the open at 10am. It’s 10:20am and they are closed. I’m so annoyed. Never again. I have to go to a nail salon in Waterbury pay again..to get them fix. She needs to close the nail spa in the mall down.
