Exceptional experience at the salon yesterday. Went in for a haircut and ended up opting for a hydra facial with Ami. The haircut was fantastic, and the facial was simply divine! My skin looks and feels incredible. Will definitely be returning for more pampering!
I've been a loyal customer at this salon for the past year, primarily seeing the owner, Ami, who always delivered impeccable service with a friendly demeanor. However, in the last two months, when Ami wasn't available, I had sessions with another female staff member in her 50s for threading. Unfortunately, my experiences with her have been disappointing, resulting in visible bruises on my face after each session. While I understand that some bruising can occur with threading, the severity of it has been concerning. Moreover, I've noticed a sudden increase in pricing during the period when Ami was absent. The staff members, who assumed I couldn't comprehend their conversations, have been overcharging clients openly. This unethical behavior has left me disheartened and compelled me to share my feedback.
