Husband got a haircut and I got some hair product. Told them I wanted the percentage tip applied to the haircut but not the product (of course). They assured me that the tip percentage would be based on the service alone and not on the hair product cost. I foolishly believed them.
I just looked at the receipt and it turns out the tip percentage was applied to the whole bill. So we paid almost $12 tip on a (mediocre) $35 haircut. Admittedly I wouldn’t have found this place without the amazing Groupon discount but I will definitely be coming back. Went in for an Oxygen Facial and Lash Lift with Tint and am very satisfied with the treatment I got. Rosalinda was the esthetician who did the lords work on my very straight lashes (Asians ifykyk) and now they are so lovely curved in a natural light way. I was nervous about the lash lift since I’ve been disappointed before and maybe my lashes will never look naturally curved but she did it, she did the impossible. Let’s just hope they stay curved 🥲 She was so lovely, skilled, accommodating, respectful and professional.
