Enjoyed my visit. The ladies were so kind. My acrylic nails turned out just like the picture and the nail technician was efficient and gentle!
My child and I decided to drop by without an appointment. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly woman at the reception. After signing in, we headed to the area with color samples. In just 2-3 minutes, a nail technician approached us and escorted us to our seats. I rarely get my nails done, so I was a bit anxious. However, both our nail technicians made us feel at ease. The ambiance was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. We had a lovely chat with Jay and the young man. We are thrilled we chose this place and intend to visit more frequently.
No issues with the customer service, but the nail work was subpar and they fell off in less than a week, which is highly disappointing. The gel was applied over my cuticles and became visible after the third day. I have never experienced my nails falling off so quickly. I expected them to last at least two weeks. Additionally, my toenails were poorly painted with gel extending onto my skin and cuticles. As a result, they look messy now, and half of my pinky nail was left unpainted. Overall, I was let down by the service despite everyone being very friendly. It felt like a waste of $100.
