Joanne performed an outstanding job on my eyebrows today. She dedicated ample time to ensure they were flawless. Not only was she highly professional, but she also exuded kindness. A truly lovely individual! I will definitely be returning for future appointments.
Update- Upon receiving a legal threat from the establishment to remove my review, I stand firm in keeping it public as a cautionary tale. In light of this, I have included images of my skin's healing process. After the threat of legal action, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment. To the business - feel free to pursue legal action. I possess evidence of the harm caused to me, including the credit card receipt indicating my visit to your premises. Appalling experience - the pain was not the usual discomfort but rather excruciating, and upon inspecting my reflection, I discovered the presence of cuts on both eyebrows. Multiple cuts. Upon closer examination, stray hairs were still visible, and my eyebrows were noticeably uneven. It took a couple of days for the cuts to heal. I will never return nor recommend this place. Interpret my review as you wish. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and have never encountered such a distressing experience.
Absolutely delighted with my eyebrow tinting and threading. I've frequented the salon before, but today I had the pleasure of meeting Tami! 💟 Her precision and dedication to her craft were exceptional.
