I must say that I am a huge fan of Starbucks! Unfortunately, the one in Menomonie is not up to par. Despite the generally friendly staff, I can only give it one star. I frequent this location often, but about 60% of the time, my orders are incorrect. My latest visit was yesterday when I ordered a London fog. I understand this drink takes time, and I'm patient. However, the first attempt had no tea flavor at all; it tasted like sugary milk. I asked for a remake, but the barista used the wrong tea! There is a noticeable difference in taste. I couldn't wait any longer as I had already spent nearly 30 minutes there. When customers pay Starbucks prices, they expect their orders to be made correctly!
I can't praise the staff enough at this Starbucks. I've been through some tough times in my family, and two sisters who work here have consistently brightened my day. They have even given me complimentary drinks on multiple occasions. These sisters, whom I'll refer to as E & E, not only provide exceptional service but also take the time to connect with customers on a personal level.
The service was quick, and the drinks were delicious. No complaints from me. Thank you.
