If you get your nails done here, seek out Dan or another skilled nail technician. The individual who worked on my nails was pleasant, but the quality of the job was subpar. Whenever I requested a correction, she justified inconsistencies by stating that not every nail will appear identical - a valid point. However, the outcome was unsatisfactory for a refill costing $50. In comparison, my friend paid $65 for a new full set that looked far superior. Feeling cheated, I opted out of a top coat, knowing I would seek rectification elsewhere.
I am thoroughly displeased. I visited on Wednesday morning at 9 am, and by Wednesday night at 9 pm, my nails already look like this! I was impressed with my initial set back in October, as the polish and set lasted a long time. Hoping for a similar experience, I returned, only to be sorely disappointed. The polish is peeling off, or has already done so. My nails feel sharp, and my natural nails were left untrimmed, still visibly overgrown. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with how this set turned out and its short-lasting nature. After just 12 hours, they already look unappealing.
Sue's craftsmanship is exceptional. I highly recommend her for almond-shaped nails. The establishment is very pleasant and hygienic.
