Despite booking an appointment with either Hanna or Sandra and confirming it twice, upon arrival, I was informed that no appointment was scheduled. I was then assigned to Rosa, who did a poor job on my nails, leaving them uneven and of different shapes. Despite my requests for corrections, she did not make any adjustments. I had to visit another salon, Cutie Nails, to have them fixed. 🤦🏻♀️
The initial price quoted was not honored, and the lady with blonde hair asked for additional tips for herself and the individual who did my manicure.
This nail salon is the worst I've ever been to, with poor treatment from the owner's sister. I was dissatisfied with the terrible nails; they only applied acrylic overlays without proper care. I do not recommend this place; the hygiene standards are also lacking.
