Despite booking an appointment with either Hanna or Sandra and confirming it twice, upon arrival, I was informed that no appointment was scheduled. I was then assigned to Rosa, who did a poor job on my nails, leaving them uneven and of different shapes. Despite my requests for corrections, she did not make any adjustments.
