Update; That is the most ignorant response from a company I've ever heard. They are a cosmetologist, and do it for themselves for free. Criticizing someone's personal hygiene without any knowledge is extremely thoughtless and reflects poorly on the company. My remarks remain unchanged. ____________________________________ The incident at this establishment led to my immediate family member incurring medical expenses and having to take antibiotics for weeks. She visited this place around four months ago for a pedicure. She was already hesitant because it wasn't a regular activity for her, but she wanted to try something new. She described it as the worst experience of her life and vowed to never get a pedicure again at any salon.
This was my premier visit here. It was serene, spotless, and swift. The individual who did my nails was exceptionally professional and gracious. My nails look stunning! They even offered me a discount!
