Very helpful and accommodating. Clinique artist assisted my mother in finding the perfect foundation and patiently answered all of her inquiries.
This is my second attempt at trying Ulta, and it was disappointing once again. The employees at this branch lack the courtesy to even acknowledge customers, let alone smile. Their demeanor suggests dissatisfaction with their roles, and I observed them being impolite to several other shoppers. A reevaluation of the staff at this location is imperative.
While searching for a specific item and other products to purchase, I found the employees preoccupied with their phones and inattentive to customer needs. I would have been more understanding if they were assisting other clients, but that was not the case.
