Amy is absolutely outstanding. The experience was incredibly relaxing. Just lean back and savor her pampering when indulging in one of the various facials available. I suggest trying the pumpkin facial. Would not recommend this place. Reside in Lakeland but drive to the Brandon location. This establishment should be closed down. The areas I paid for kept diminishing with each visit, attempting to push me into purchasing more. The staff made me feel like I was trying to exploit the system. After visiting the Brandon branch, I realized how inadequate this Lakeland office truly is. They expressed exhaustion with my presence, insinuating there were plenty of other potential clients. The individual conducting the procedures was careless, consistently missing sections of hair on my face. When I pointed this out, the response was dismissive, claiming it wasn't part of the designated treatment area. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to your specific requests. Tony did my nails, and I was beyond impressed.
