Gabrielle was fantastic. She really made me feel at ease during my first massage. Exceptional customer service. I will definitely return to her in the future. A big shoutout to the wonderful lady at the front desk as well, who provided top-notch customer service. The facility was spotless, and the room was set at a perfect temperature.
The masseuse didn't heed my request to focus on my upper body and back. She neglected my back entirely, and when I inquired about it after turning face up on the table, she suggested doing some stretches instead. Additionally, she applied too much pressure. When I mentioned it was too intense, she insisted she was using minimal pressure and needed to in order to release my tension. My intention for the massage was relaxation, not tension relief.
The team at Massage Haven is exceptional. My partner and I enjoyed a couples massage, and the ambiance in the room was incredibly soothing. The therapists, Charlotte and Taylor, were both outstanding. They expertly addressed all of our specific areas of concern with precision and effective techniques. We left feeling rejuvenated and have already scheduled our next appointment for a few weeks from now. Highly recommended!
