Ideal Image Lakeland

Would not recommend this place. Reside in Lakeland but drive to the Brandon location. This establishment should be closed down. The areas I paid for kept diminishing with each visit, attempting to push me into purchasing more. The staff made me feel like I was trying to exploit the system. After visiting the Brandon branch, I realized how inadequate this Lakeland office truly is. They expressed exhaustion with my presence, insinuating there were plenty of other potential clients. The individual conducting the procedures was careless, consistently missing sections of hair on my face. When I pointed this out, the response was dismissive, claiming it wasn't part of the designated treatment area. It appears they prefer a specific clientele in their chairs, and I don't believe I fit that mold.

Extremely disappointed. Completed all laser hair removal sessions on my legs only to have ALL the hair regrow, still thick and dark. It's as if the treatments had no effect at all. I invested a significant amount of money, even had to take out a loan for it. Feeling let down and disheartened. I struggle with severe razor burn, and having to shave a large amount of hair post-treatments is both painful and disheartening. Spent nearly 2 years avoiding the sun, missing out on numerous outdoor activities, for seemingly no results. I wish I could receive a refund and allocate the funds elsewhere. Do thorough research. The staff is wonderful though! Incredibly kind! The staff deserves 2 stars. The treatment? 0. Considering the initial sessions were ineffective, I feel it would be futile to return for "touch-ups."
