I will never return to this salon. While the staff was friendly, I repeatedly mentioned that my natural nail was exposed and the dip powder wasn't covering the whole nail bed, but the technician insisted it was fine. As you can see, most of my nails are peeling off at the sides. Also, $97 for dip powder with tip and a basic pedicure seems way too expensive. I usually pay $75 at my usual spot for the same services (but they were fully booked). Now I have to fix my nails myself after spending that much money!
I had my dip manicure done here for the first time yesterday. Also got a pedicure. The pedicure was fantastic. No complaints at all. However, my fingers are very irritated, with redness at the cuticle. Could be an allergy, but five of my fingers at the cuticle are quite sore, slightly swollen, and red. The lady was very kind! Not sure what products they use that could cause such irritation. I'll probably go back to my regular place in Brookhaven. Just sharing in case others have the same issue.
Some of the least friendly individuals at a nail salon I have encountered were at this place. My daughter needed a quick acrylic removal & mini mani because she's only 10, and we were rudely turned away and told they wouldn't serve us. Better to spend your money at a more welcoming establishment!
