Katie is skilled and kind. I met them today for the first time to have my eyebrows dyed and shaped following a recommendation from a friend, and they exceeded my expectations. The procedure was fast and painless. I appreciate that they use hard wax (similar to European Wax Center) as it doesn't irritate or burn my skin like traditional wax. I am extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely return!
