I had a fantastic experience at Lemon Tree for a root touch up, highlight, glaze, and Nexgen conditioner. Paula did an amazing job transforming my dark and damaged hair into something beautiful. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at the Medford location. Avoid using BRIANNA at all costs. I requested a light brown color, two foil highlights, and a cut, but she did not consult me on the color choice. She proceeded to do a quick "TEN MINUTE COLOR" without my consent, leaving me with uneven coloring and grey roots still visible. Despite the rushed job, she charged me the full price for a regular color treatment. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the appointment. I will be contacting the manager to address this issue. This was the worst color job I have ever received, and I feel cheated by the lack of care and quality in the service provided.
The issue at the salon was not the establishment itself but rather the stylist who cut my hair. Stella seemed more interested in her social media and complaining about my hair than providing a quality haircut. The uneven length and poor sideburn trimming left me dissatisfied. Despite my polite request for a fix, the subsequent attempt by another stylist was unsuccessful. Stella's rushed and careless approach to my crew cut was disappointing. I advise others to avoid booking with her to prevent a similar experience.
