This establishment is charming and cozy, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness. My regular manicure lasted longer here than at any other salon I have visited. The only issue I encountered was that the technician let me leave a bit early before my nails had fully dried, resulting in some minor smudges. I must admit that I was in a rush at the time.
I must admit that Kim provided me with the most exceptional manicure I have ever received. However, I was taken aback by the additional charge for polish removal during a manicure appointment. This practice is utterly unreasonable, and for this reason alone, I will not be returning. I have never encountered a fee for polish removal during a manicure appointment before; it's truly disappointing.
This nail salon is fantastic! They offer a wide range of beautiful polish colors, including regular and gel polish. They also provide various types of nails such as pink & white, acrylic, and silk wraps. The nail technicians pay great attention to detail. The salon is spacious and impeccably clean. I was impressed to see that the metal nail tools are sanitized and individually packaged for each use. They have plexiglass barriers between customers and technicians for added safety. The salon has been in business since 2001 and is meticulously maintained. Although they were closed for three months in 2020, they are now open from Tuesdays to Saturdays until about 6:30 or 7pm. I am extremely pleased with my experience at this salon!
