Morgan went above and beyond yesterday to assist me with the online ordering issue I had while logged into my mobile account. I got a spiral perm at Ulta on August 26th, but my hair didn’t look good from the 3rd day onward. After waiting a month, I went back to Ulta to ask if this was normal for a spiral perm and to request a re-perm or refund. They told me I should have come back within 2 weeks. Since it was my first time getting a spiral perm, I didn’t know what to expect, which is why I waited longer before returning. I’m sharing this review to help others avoid the same situation!
