I just had my hair styled today. If you opt for blonde partial highlights without a toner, the outcome might resemble this photo. The highlights appear chunky and somewhat like hay. My stylist, Zoe, handled my dissatisfaction well by offering a discount upon realizing I wasn't pleased with the result. Although seeing my hair in that state almost brought me to tears, Zoe's empathy towards me is why I'm rating this experience two stars instead of one. Despite not liking the outcome, I was still charged $64 for a haircut and toner, in addition to the highlights. I ended up paying $85 and left a tip. If you're seeking high-quality hair highlights, perhaps visiting a more upscale salon would be a better investment, something I wish I had done.
I recently brought my children to this establishment for back-to-school haircuts. A week later, my sister and I returned for haircuts as well.
