I've tried a bunch of salons and tried to find a tech I could call my own. Every one rushed the job and I didn't care for that. Until A and D Nail. Mandy is my tech and they're fantastic. They care so much about my opinion. It's so nice to have a tech who knows the things I like and the things that bother me, like the nail close to my cuticles being rough. They take their time and have never once rushed me. And if I accidentally mess up a nail somehow I just go back in and they fix it right up. I love going here.
I have been coming to this place for years, hundreds of dollars spent here. There has been times I had come here with no issues, but I had recently gone to a different nail salon and decided to return. The last set I received was breaking and the wet polish was peeling, coming out from underneath. Unfortunately I had gone on a vacation for New Years and had to wait until I returned. The individual who had assisted me was friendly, but the person before basically told me they could do nothing for me and offered me store credit last minute. Will not be returning.
I'm just giving 2 stars based on my last service with the person at #6 station...I came in wanting a fill of my long nails and I usually go to Ryan but he was unavailable so I got put with the individual at #6...I needed a fill and 2 nails fully repaired and I came in with a design I wanted and they couldn't do it so I decided to go with a different style...I also asked them to even up a couple of my nails because the tops were a little crooked nbd...I told them I wanted sharp corners and crisp lines for my nails and they filed my corners down and also put some nails on crooked...as for the nails that were put on they used clear tips when I clearly had nude tips and now I have 2 nails that look black on the bottom and the rest are nude...I hate the design, the flames look really cheaply done and the nail polish looks like it was bad and my nails are bumpy and do not have an apex like they should...I am so disappointed and I will definitely be only going with Ryan and I hope I can get them redone bc they are terrible and embarrassing...
