My dentures were made in two different colors, and when I requested a replacement due to this error, I was informed that my warranty had expired. Now, they are asking me to pay out of pocket for their mistake. Despite being assured that my teeth would match, they now claim they switched materials, resulting in mismatched teeth for most customers. I advise seeking another denture provider. I am deeply disappointed and feel deceived. It seems they intentionally misled me to avoid taking responsibility. Aspen, your actions won't rectify this situation unless you replace the dentures free of charge.
My top partial broke last night, and Aspen accommodated me the following day. The staff was excellent, the dentist's initial exam was impressive, and her assistant was exceptional. I hope to have her assistance again and regret not recalling her name. I was pleasantly surprised by the advancements in technology and comfort of the new partials since my last purchase.
