There are numerous issues with this pharmacy, Impolite employees, will provide incorrect information! will inform you there is no prescription ready, When it is actually available for pick up!! They squander your time particularly with the sluggish service they offer!! Lastly and most crucially, I was given an incorrect prescription that bears someone else’s name !! I have been consuming it for three weeks without noticing the details on the bottle!! I spoke with Sherly -an Asian lady- I believe she is the manager !! Explained what occurred! did not appear to be concerned ! and was frankly impolite ! she did not appreciate the fact that they were mistaken!! Appalling establishment! They Require a new management system ! employ experts !! or shut down entirely and safeguard individuals !!
On the seventeenth of November at four fifty-four, I was waiting in the Pharmacy Pick Up line at the Chain Bridge CVS. Due to one of the two workers who oversee the two windows taking a break, their coworker, Xavier, efficiently managed both windows. The line was lengthy. Nevertheless, thanks to Xavier's additional efforts and positive demeanor, the line progressed swiftly--as if two workers were handling the two windows! Exceptional work. Greg Dole
